The following Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between you as our customer and us, Bordelle Ltd., 90 Mill Lane, London, NW6 1NL, United Kingdom, Commercial Register Number 6350649, VAT number 919524702 (“we”, “us”, “our”, “the studio”, “the atelier”, “Atelier Bordelle”, “Bordelle”), via this online shop.

Bordelle’s website eu.bordelle.co.uk (“our site”) and related services are made available to you in accordance with the below Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you read and fully understand our Terms & Conditions before placing any orders with Bordelle. We recommend you print a copy of our terms for future reference. If you are using a guardian’s credit or debit card to make a purchase you must let your guardian know about our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy before subscribing and/or signing up to our site, which will however not substitute the required consent of your guardian. Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to decline orders from under 18 year-olds.

Creating an account/newsletter subscription

To make a purchase on our website you are not required to register. You can proceed to checkout as a visitor should you not wish to open an account. To be able to use some of the features (e.g. order history, our loyalty scheme) you will need to create an account with us. With an account you do not need to enter your personal data every time you use our online shop, but you may log on to your account with your email address and your password before or during the order process. You will not be obliged to buy any of our goods by registering to open an account. To be notified of any promotional offers, discounts and/or special events, you will need to subscribe to our newsletter. You do not need to create an account to subscribe to our newsletter, but can opt to do so once you have created an account and have signed in.

When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. When registering with us, you may be required to provide your first and last name, your email address, your shipping and billing address(es) (if applicable) (“Registration Information”) and you have to choose a password for your account. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure. We reserve the right to delete the provided Registration Information after a reasonable time, if the registration process fails, remains incomplete or is cancelled. You must notify customerservice@bordelle-eu.com immediately of any breaches in security or unauthorised use of your account. Should any of your registration information change you can sign in to your account by clicking on the ‘Account’ tab on the main menu of the homepage and update/edit your personal information, billing and shipping address(s). An Account is not transferable to third parties. We may change account requirements from time to time so please check for updates on a regular basis.

Placing an order

Presentation of Products
The presentation of the products and services in our online shop on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but merely an invitation to place orders.
Acceptance of your order/Conclusion of Contract

By clicking “Pay Now” in the last step of the order process, you submit a legally binding offer for purchase of the goods displayed in the order overview. Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just an acknowledgement that we have received it. Unless you cancel or withdraw your order, a contract between you and Atelier Bordelle comes into existence as soon as we accept your order by means of a separate email or when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched. Please also regularly check the spam folder of your mailbox.

We reserve the right not to accept your order and therefore refuse the transaction at our sole discretion (e.g. in the event that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item; or that the item ordered is out of stock or should not be available in time due to reasons beyond our control, or if you do not order in household quantities or otherwise for clearly commercial purposes). In any event, we will immediately inform you thereof and refund any purchase price that you have advanced in the same manner as you have paid it.


The decision to present goods and withdraw or remove products from our website is at our sole discretion.

Technical steps up to the conclusion of the contract and correction of input errors

To place an order, start by placing the desired goods in your preferred size and colour to your shopping cart by clicking the “add to cart” button. By following the link to “CART” or clicking the “VIEW CART” button you can open your shopping cart (My Cart) and remove or add products to your cart, modify the desired quantity, size or colour, as well as correct input errors at any time prior to submitting your order.

If you have added the desired goods to your cart, by clicking the button “CHECKOUT” you will get first to a web page where you are required to indicate your contact information, your shipping address, your email address and your phone number or log in to your account if you are already registered with us. If you wish to remove or add products to your cart, modify the desired quantity, size or colour or correct input errors you may the click on “return to cart”. Clicking “Continue to shipping” button will take you to the next page, where we display your contact email address and shipping address, and where you may choose your preferred shipping method. When you click on “Return to information”, you get back to your contact and shipping details and make changes or correct input errors if necessary.

Clicking on “Continue to payment” will open the next page where you may choose your preferred payment method, indicate relevant payment information (e.g. your credit card number) and choose or indicate your billing address. By clicking the “Return to shipping” button, you may return to the page where you can choose your shipping method.

By clicking the “review order” button you will not be charged yet, but will be redirected to an overview page where you can review your order and use the button “Change” to change the information provided or correct input errors (e.g. in shipping address or payment method). Should you wish to change or correct your order, you can click on “cart” on the top of this page to return to the “My Cart” page and to make any changes or corrections to your order. To cancel the order process, you can simply close your browser window.

By using the confirmation button “Pay Now” “you place a legally binding order as described in “Acceptance of your order/Conclusion of contract” and you accept these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility to purchase

In order to make purchases through the website, you are required to provide your personal details. Customers must provide their full real name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct.

The purchase price is due immediately after placing the order. We accept the payment methods listed below under. Payments and as indicated in the order process.

By making an offer to purchase Bordelle merchandise you expressly authorise us to perform credit checks and where we deem necessary, to request additional information from third parties in order to authenticate your identity and validate your credit/debit card details in order to process your order.

If you are shopping for the first time on eu.bordelle.co.uk we recommend that your billing address matches your shipping or corporate address, as appears on the statement of your card. This is a security measure and only applies to your first purchase. Please note that checks could be carried out to ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match on your first purchase.

eu.bordelle.co.uk can only accept orders being shipped within Europe. Your billing address can be outside of Europe. To place an order for shipping destinations in the UK, USA or ROW you must order through Bordelle International (www.bordelle.co.uk). If an order is placed on eu.bordelle.co.uk using a non-EU shipping address, our team will contact you directly.

Retention of Title
The goods shall remain our property until full payment of the purchase price.

Storage of the contract text
You will receive the applicable contractual provisions together with information on the goods ordered including these Terms and Conditions and the information on the right of withdrawal by email upon acceptance of the contract offer or together with the notification thereof. We do not save the contractual provisions for you.

Pricing policy

Prices are indicated in EUR, are end consumer prices and are inclusive of statutory VAT. The statutory VAT amount is visualised on the checkout page and order confirmation email. eu.bordelle.co.uk only ships to destinations in Europe. No additional charges will be applied to an order during transit as all orders are shipped from Atelier Bordelle Warehouse in Romania. No customs clearance will be required by either Bordelle or the consignee/customer to orders shipped within the EU. Orders shipped to European countries not in the EU may require customs clearance and additional taxes may be levied by the local authorities.

For customers who live outside of the EU but wish to ship to the EU, your order must be placed on eu.bordelle.co.uk. www.bordelle.co.uk cannot accept orders for dispatch to EU destinations as they will be subject to additional fees, duties and taxes.

In the unlikely event that an order is delayed during clearance from one EU country to another, or from an EU country to a non EU country, Bordelle cannot be held responsible.

The EUR prices are reserved for eu.bordelle.co.uk only and may differ to prices on www.bordelle.co.uk. Prices cannot be matched from one store to the other.

Payment

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro debit cards through Stripe and Apple Pay for express checkout.

By Card

Debit and credit card payments are processed via Stripe, a secure payment gateway. Atelier Bordelle’s European website and online shop is hosted by www.shopify.com. All Shopify stores include a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology Certificate used by the store shopping cart. Please note that we only accept valid cards by a bank acceptable to Bordelle as indicated in the order process. In addition, Shopify’s e-commerce hosting is Level 1 PCI Compliant.

Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of an order acknowledgement email. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Bordelle, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Furthermore, we take reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

By wire transfer

We also accept payment by electronic wire transfers. Should you wish to place an order and pay in this way please contact customerservice@bordelle-eu.com with the list of items you would like to purchase along with your billing and shipping address and contact number. An invoice will be raised on confirmation of the order listing our corresponding bank details for a transfer to be made. Goods will only be dispatched on receipt of the funds which can take up to 14 working days to be confirmed.

Promotional codes and, discounts:

Promotional codes are non-transferrable and there are no cash alternatives. If provided, they must be redeemed by the date published. Discount and promotional codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with one another.
Discount codes that are available on eu.bordelle.co.uk cannot be used on the International Bordelle store www.bordelle.co.uk unless otherwise stated. The same rule applies for discount codes issued on the International store.

Gift Cards

Bordelle Gift Cards are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

Gift Cards ordered on Bordelle Europe can only be redeemed on Bordelle Europe. Gift cards ordered on www.bordelle.co.uk can only be redeemed on www.bordelle.co.uk.

1. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. After that time, any remaining balance on the Gift Card cannot be used.

2. Gift Cards can be redeemed against all products on the online shop except for services (e.g. repair services). Use of Gift Cards for Made to Order/Bespoke products is at our discretion(please contact us to discuss this.)

3. Gift Cards are non-transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.

4. If your order is less than a value of the Gift Card, your remaining balance will stay under the same Gift Card code, which can be redeemed against your next order.

5. If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card and you have existing store credit, this can be redeemed to cover the remaining balance. All remaining balances exceeding the value of your gift credit or store credit must be paid by credit or debit card.


6. If you return products you have purchased using a Gift Card, the value of the returned goods will be refunded back to the same Gift Card as store credit and can be redeemed against subsequent orders. The remaining validity period for the Gift Card will not be extended. If another payment method was also used for the original purchase, the Gift Card will be prioritised for refund, and any remaining balance refunded to the second payment method.

7. A link to your Gift Card will be sent to the email address used to place your order once the order has been processed and the payment confirmed. This email can be forwarded to your required recipient, with a personal note included at your own discretion.

8. Bordelle is not liable for delivery of a Virtual Gift Card to an incorrect or non-existent email address that you have provided to us. This is the sole responsibility of the buyer, although if you notify us of any problems in this regard, we will provide all reasonable assistance, but if the Gift Card is used by the incorrect recipient then we cannot be held responsible for that.

9. Bordelle is not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and you will not be eligible for any refund in these circumstances.


10. Bordelle reserves the right to cancel a Gift Card if we deem such action necessary.

11. Gift Cards are not redeemable against shipping costs.

12. Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with promotions and discounts advertised by Bordelle.

In case of refunds we will use the same payment method that you have used for payment of the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you (e.g. if your card has been charged for a purchase and your order is cancelled pre-dispatch, Atelier Bordelle will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Your bank policy will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

Holiday Order Dates

Please be aware of expected delays to our usual services during the holiday period, due to high volumes of shipments sent out with our couriers.

The Bordelle website will be operational throughout the festive period, however, due to courier transit time during the busy holiday season, we recommend placing orders before the below dates for your shipping location in order to ensure delivery before 22nd December 2023.

Shipping and Delivery

Bordelle aims to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment details – excluding weekends, bank holidays and public holidays in both the United Kingdom and Romania. This is subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. If a particular product is not in stock, or sold out, we will contact you via email to resolve the matter. Your order on our European site will be shipped within Europe from our Romanian warehouse located at Atelier Bordelle Productions SRL, Bulevardul Muncii Nr.16, Cluj-Napoca, 400641, Romania.

To offer you the most secure and efficient service we have chosen DHL for most deliveries within Europe. Occasionally Fedex or UPS may be used. Fan Courier is used for all shipments within Romania. All services are express and require a signature on delivery. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with the tracking number (Air Waybill) for the corresponding delivery company, together with details on how to track your order. Please note that these services might not be available during the festive and prefestive days. Also note that the estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and Bordelle is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes or shipping companies.

Tracking Your Order - Enter your order number and email address here to get updates on the status of your order. We recommend staying up to date with your shipments progress in case there are any exceptions during transit. Your order will require a signature for delivery, so please ensure you are at home during the estimated delivery time.

Bordelle ensures each purchase for the time it is in transit only. A signature is required for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods is passed to you. If you request to waive the signature requirement, neither Bordelle nor the courier company will hold any responsibly for a lost package.

If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, Bordelle will run a full investigation with our Delivery team and appropriate courier. In general, a resolution cannot be offered until a response is received by the courier, which can take several weeks.

Delivery Requirements

To ensure the safe delivery of your order we advise that you keep up to date with the tracking details to ensure you are at home when the package is estimated for delivery. Please ensure that your email, contact number and shipping address are correct. Bordelle will not be responsible for any delays or additional costs associated with incorrect information.

PO BOX

Please note that Bordelle’s nominated couriers cannot deliver to a PO Box address. You will be contacted for an address amendment if a PO Box address is input at checkout, which could cause delays with the dispatch of your order.

Packaging

As standard, all Bordelle orders below €600.00 will be dispatched in our Standard Packaging. This includes a Bordelle Gift box in one of three sizes. The products will be contained in tissue paper and a gift message can be added to the order at the checkout.

Orders over €600.00 qualify for Free Luxury Gift Wrap which will be automatically applied at the checkout. This includes a gift box, tissue paper, mesh storage pouch and re-usable packaging strap which doubles as an accessory. If an order is below this value, Luxury Gift Wrap can be purchased.

Additionally, Bordelle offers a Conscious Packaging option which we recommend our customers choose. This can be selected at the checkout free of charge and includes a fully recyclable cardboard box and sheet of tissue paper made from recycled materials that can be re-used for storage or recycled at home. This option is available for an order of any size and value.

Returns Policy

Extended Returns Policy for Holiday Season

Orders purchased between 3rd November 2023 and 24th December 2023 can be returned to us up until 21st January 2024. For orders placed after 24th December 2023, our standard return policy of 14 days will apply.

Consumer’s revocation right:

We want our customers to be fully satisfied with the choice they have made. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or the delivered product does not match with your expectations you have the right to revoke this agreement within fourteen (14)days without giving reason. The revocation term shall be fourteen (14) days starting at the date at which you or any third party designated by you (other than the delivery agent) shall have taken possession of the product.

You shall be responsible for any deterioration of the product only if such deterioration has been caused by any treatment exceeding the orderly examination of the condition, characteristics, and functionality of the product. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on Hosiery items that have been opened and/or have a broken or removed seal.

In that regard we assume and kindly ask you to return the product(s) to us in a new and unworn condition with all original labels and tags still intact and inside the original bag and packaging. Please be sure to wear your own lingerie when trying on briefs and thongs. For the avoidance of doubt, this will not adversely affect your ability to return the product(s) with respect to the exercise of your statutory right of revocation. However, we want to highlight that any use of the goods beyond the intended use of the product(s), which was not necessary for testing the condition, characteristics and functioning of the product(s) and which leads to a loss of value, may affect the refund of the purchase price.

For ensuring best possible processing of your revocation, the notice of contract revocation should be requested through the online Returns Portal, by providing your email address and order number.

Submitting your request via the Returns Portal:
1. Enter your email and order number
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return for refund, exchange or credit note
3. Finalise your return request on the Returns Portal
4. Receive courier label via email within 48 working hours and print
5. Package up your return and ensure garments are in required condition
6. Record tracking number and take to courier drop-off or arrange collection

Once your return request has been processed via the portal, the Bordelle team will email you confirmation of your request without undue delay and include a pre-paid return label for use when packaging your return. This label can be printed and applied to the outside of your package. We recommend that you keep a note of the tracking number included on this label for your personal records. If this label is used, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund upon receipt of the items at our warehouse. This is charged at €22.00 (inc VAT).

Atelier Bordelle will contact you within 5 days (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of receipt of the returned goods. A refund, partial refund or, if requested, a Credit Note will be issued subject to the returned goods meeting the required conditions listed above.

Please note: 

  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery 
  • All returns should be registered on our Returns Portal. If you require assistance with this, please contact our Customer service Team 
  • Please include your Order Document inside your return package 
  • If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact our Customer Service team prior to returning. 
  • Please record the tracking number of your return package if arranged with the pre-paid DHL Label or with your own preferred courier. 
  • Hosiery products can only be returned if the envelope is unopened and the seal has not been broken or removed. 

If you do not want to use our Returns Portal, you can also exercise your right of revocation by informing us (Bordelle Ltd.,with registered address at 90 Mill Lane, London, NW6 1NL, United Kingdom, phone +44 (0) 7957414255 ], email: customerservice@bordelle-eu.com) through explicit notice (e.g. email) about your decision to revoke this agreement. You may use the revocation form which we attached hereto but this is not mandatory. To meet the deadline for revocation, it shall be sufficient that you send away the notice on the revocation of this agreement prior to expiry of the revocation deadline. However, please note that any other process than the use of the Returns Portal may potentially incur delays due to increased processing and logistical efforts.

Effects of revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we must refund to you all payments that we have received from you including the costs of delivery(except those incremental costs that have been caused by your selection of a delivery method different from the cheapest standard method offered by us).We will refund the payments immediately, however, no later than by fourteen (14) days after the date at which we have received your notice of withdrawal of this agreement. For such refund, we shall use the same payment method that you have used for payment of the original transaction unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event, we will charge any fees for the refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the product back.

You must immediately, in any case no later than fourteen days after the date at which you have notified us on your withdrawal of this agreement, return the goods to us. To meet the deadline, it shall be sufficient that you send away the products prior to expiry of the deadline.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If you do not wish to use our ReturnsPortal but wish to arrange the return yourself, we recommend that you use a tracked and signed for service, with a courier or registered postal service to send back the goods to the address above.. We suggest that you insure the goods as they are within your care. In case of dispute, we also recommend that you retain proof of return, such as a postal receipt or consignment note. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in no event will this affect your right to commission a shipping carrier of your choice to return the goods at your expense. As return address, please indicate the address of our Romanian warehouse, as indicated above.

Exclusion/expiration of the revocation right


No right of revocation exists according to § 312g para. 2 German Civil Code (BGB), amongst others, for agreements regarding delivery of products that are not prefabricated and where its manufacturing is mainly based on an individual selection or a specification of the customer and for agreements for delivery of goods with minimal shelf life or where the shelf life has expired. Moreover, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to agreements regarding the delivery of sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, or to agreements regarding the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed packaging if the seal has been removed
after delivery.

EXCHANGES

Should you wish to exchange your order for a different size and/or product(s) please register your exchange request using the online Returns Portal on eu.bordelle.co.uk. Fill out the required information and request the item you wish to exchange for. If the item you wish to exchange for is a different style and not the item in a new size, please contact our customer service team so that stock availability can be checked. You can print the return label provided via the portal, or arrange the return yourself to the address below:

Atelier Bordelle will be in contact with you within 5 days of receipt (with the exception of weekends and public holidays) of your returned order. If a label was provided on the portal then the cost of this will be invoiced to you prior to the dispatch of your exchange item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. For purposes of clarification, the right to exchange goods does not affect your right of revocation or your statutory warranty rights.

Warrenty

If the delivered goods purchased in Atelier Bordelle’s online shop are defective, you are entitled within the scope of legal provisions, to request rectification or curing of fault/new delivery (at Bordelle’s choice), and, provided the legal requirements are met, to reduce the purchase price (abatement) or to withdraw from the contract.

The limitation period of warranty claims for the delivered goods is two years of receipt of the goods. Any claims due to defect maliciously concealed by us will expire after the normal limitation period.


Moreover, you shall also have right for defects within the scope of guaranteed properties and/or durability, provided that we expressly guaranteed such in the individual case with respect to the item sold.

Repairs

We offer Repairs as an extra service. If you have a well-loved or damaged item that you are hoping to have repaired, please contact our customer service team with images of the item and details of your request. The images will be shared with our Atelier technical team to assess whether it is possible to be repaired. The garment may need to be sent back to us before the team can confirm whether a repair is possible. You should always wait for confirmation before sending a garment to us.

Used and worn items should be returned to us washed and in a clean condition. Items returned to us in an unacceptable state of cleanliness will be returned to you without assessment or repair. Worn items that have been damaged by general wear and tear are not considered faulty. After our assessment, we will inform you whether a repair is possible for us.

Repairs may be charged dependent on the amount of work involved to fix the garment following assessment. Any charges will be confirmed prior. For more information please email customerservice@bordelle-eu.co.uk. For the avoidance of doubt and in no event shall our Repairs service affect or replace your statutory warranty rights set forth above.


Right of revocation for services (e.g. Repairs services):


In the event that you order our Repairs service and a corresponding contract is concluded via email, you are also entitled to a statutory right of revocation under the conditions set forth above under the section "Consumer's revocation right".

This means, where we provide services that are ordered via email (e.g. Repair services), you have the right to revoke your contract within 14 days of us confirming acceptance of the order at any time without giving any reason. However, you do not have the right to revoke if you requested for us to start providing the services during that 14-day revocation period and the services are fully performed.

We will not start providing services during the 14-day revocation period unless you ask us to. If you do ask us to, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to revoke this contract once the services are fully performed (i.e the work is completed). This means that if you requested for us to start providing the services during the revocation period and the services are fully performed during this period, you lose your right to revoke and will be required to pay the full price under this contract even if the revocation period has not expired.

This does not affect the rights you have if our services are faulty.

Termination of services (e.g. Repairs services):


If the customer terminates the contract before the work has been completed, Atelier Bordelle shall be entitled to demand the agreed remuneration; however, Atelier Bordelle shall be entitled to deduct any expenses saved as a result of the termination of the contract or which it acquires or maliciously refrains from acquiring by using its labour elsewhere.

Limitation on our Liability

We are liable in accordance with statutory provisions (i) for intent and gross negligence and (ii) for the negligent breach of obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential to enable the ordinary execution of the agreement, breach of which jeopardizes the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on compliance with which you as a customer may regularly rely on. In the latter case, we are only liable for the foreseeable, typical contractual damage. The same applies to breaches of duty by our employees and vicarious agents.

The aforementioned exclusions of liability do not apply in case of damage of life, body and health, or if we have issued a guarantee for the properties and/or durability of a product. The liability pursuant to the product liability law remains unaffected.

Bordelle Between Us

Bordelle Between Us is the loyalty programme offered by Bordelle Ltd. It is free to sign up to Bordelle Between Us and points can be earnt within any tier.

Bordelle offers two separate loyalty programmes, on eu.bordelle.co.uk for our European customers and on www.bordelle.co.uk for our International and UK customers. Points cannot be transferred between accounts. You cannot combine your points and rewards. Points earnt on the European store cannot be spent on rewards on the International store, and vice-versa.

European customers with a pre-existing loyalty account on www.bordelle.co.uk will be emailed a link to create their new account on eu.bordelle.co.uk. Once the account has been created, they can request for Bordelle to transfer the points earnt on www.bordelle.co.uk. Once this has taken place, no further account amendments can be made. The deadline for any points transfers is May 31st 2022.

To qualify for Bordelle Between Us points you must register for an account. To register for an account, you can use the ‘Account’ tab on the top right of the header on www.bordelle-eu.com. Here. By creating a Bordelle Account, you will be automatically enrolled to our loyalty programme. You cannot sign up to Bordelle Between Us to start earning points unless you create a Bordelle Customer Account. Your account will give you access to order information, your personal details and the Bordelle Between Us Dashboard.

Purchases made using the guest checkout option will not add points to your account. Please ensure you are signed into your account, or sign up to an account before checking out, to ensure you earn points for every purchase. Bordelle Ltd is unable to add points retrospectively. If points could have been accrued on a guest checkout order but an account was not created, then these points are invalid and cannot be transferred to an existing Between Us account.

Points gained when placing an order on eu.bordelle.co.uk will be pending until 14 days after the order was placed. Any points from purchases that are later returned will be automatically removed from your account. If the points status has changed from ‘pending’ to in your balance before a return is received, they will still be removed from your account. If you use these points to get a reward or against an order, the account balance will go into negative if that is required. Bordelle reserves the right to cancel any order where points or rewards have been used inappropriately.

Points earnt through the European store are redeemable online at eu.bordelle.co.uk only. You can redeem a minimum of 2000 points to gain a free shipping reward voucher. You can also redeem points to earn a money off reward voucher. 2500 points will earn you a €25.00 off voucher, 5000 points for a €50.00 off voucher and 10000 for a €100.00 off voucher. You cannot redeem more than 10000 points for a money off voucher and the maximum value which can be rewarded is €100.00. To get these rewards you will be required to have a sufficient number of points - these can be found on your customer dashboard.

Once points have been redeemed on a reward voucher, this will be visible in your Between Us Account page. You can find the voucher code here which can be copied into the voucher box at the checkout. Only one reward voucher can be used per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code offered by Bordelle Ltd. Reward vouchers can be redeemed on items visibly discounted on our online shop.


You can earn points for every order placed, the amount of points earnt per €1 is determined by your Tier. Each point you earn is equal to €0.01 and cannot be exchanged for cash. The minimum number of points you can spend is 2000 – equalling €20.00. The maximum number of points you can spend per transaction is 10000 – equalling €100.00.

Purchases of any Bordelle Virtual Gift Card will not qualify for loyalty points. Points can be earnt on an order where a Bordelle Virtual Gift Card is redeemed on a purchase.


Delivery charges are not included when calculating your earned points. You do not earn points from delivery charges. You can redeem points against delivery charges by earning the amount required and redeeming points for a free shipping reward voucher.

Your points balance will be refreshed every 12 months from the date of your last order. If you do not place an order within this time, your points will revert to 0. If you place an order within 12 months of your last order, your points will refresh again and you will have another 12 months of valid points.

You can complete activities via the Bordelle Between Us Account Dashboard. You cannot collect multiple points for performing the same action, such as following us on Instagram. You can earn points more than once for completing a referral or writing feedback but this is limited to once per month for writing feedback. There are additional limitations and features depending on your Tier.

Bordelle Ltd may transfer, cancel, withdraw or alter the Bordelle Between Us programme at any time, including these terms and conditions, our FAQ, points and the Rewards program, without notice.

Bordelle Between Us Europe launched on 28th April 2022. All customers based in the EU were sent an email advising them to create a new EU Bordelle Between Us account. The deadline to have this account created is 24th April 2022. If an account is created before this date then all points accrued on www.bordelle.co.uk can be transferred to the new eu.bordelle.co.uk account. If a new account is not created before this date then all points will remain on the original account and cannot be transferred.

Tiers are based on yearly spend on eu.bordelle.co.uk only. Your tier is not fixed and you can move up or down a tier. Your tier will be reviewed every 12 months. If you have not reached the spend threshold for the tier you are in, you will move to the Tier below. If you are in CORE, you will remain in CORE until you spend above €1,000 on eu.bordelle.co.uk. Bordelle Between Us is only available on eu.bordelle.co.uk and points, vouchers or perks cannot be used against any purchases outside of the eu.bordelle.co.uk online shop.

By signing up to the Bordelle Between Us loyalty programme you agree to receive emails relating specifically to the programme. These emails will include information about your Tier, points balance, rewards and activities relating to Bordelle Between Us. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting customerservice@bordelle-eu.com to cancel your account. Governing Law

The Terms & Conditions together with all our policies and procedures are governed by English law excluding its provisions on conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

In the event that your residence or abode is in a member state of the European Union, English law applies provided, if you are a consumer, this stipulation is not in conflict with mandatory rules of the state in which your residence or abode is situated. Such rules shall remain unaffected.
